Sit holding your crystal and close your eyes. Feel the unconditional love radiating out from the crystal, moving up your arms, across your shoulders and down into your heart. Feel how the energy opens and warms your heart.

Put your crystal on your heart and feel the love go to deep within you. Allow a wave of that unconditional love to flow out to the world and then return to you.
