Ritual: The Sexual Recharge

Half an hour with the recharge crystals fires up your sexual energy and puts you in the mood for love. It's excellent before going out clubbing or partying - prospective lovers won't be able to resist. You can share the recharge, too. It's a perfect holiday activity on a secluded beach with warm sand and gently lapping waves, or in the privacy of your hotel room on a hot sleepy afternoon, but you can enjoy it anywhere you can get up close and personal with your lover.


Most potent time: before a hot date (but the light of the full moon works especially well, or under a tropical sun).
You will need: 1 Rose Quartz crysta,l 1 Smoky Quartz crysta,l 1 Red Jasper crysta,l 1 Orange Carnelian crystal
Lie on your bed or in a warm place where you will not be disturbed. If you are doing the recharge with a lover, lie close together and place stones on each other in turn or lay them between your bodies if lying one on top of the other. If you're giving yourself a recharge, have all the crystals close at hand.


Gently massage the area above your heart and place a Rose Quartz on your heart to open it to receive love.
Gently massage the inside of your thighs and place Smoky Quartz between your thighs so that your passion can flow freely.


Gently massage the area I around your pubic bone and place Red Jasper at the base of your pubic bone to stimulate your libido and energize the base chakra. I his fiery stone prolongs sexual pleasure.
Gently massage the area just below your navel and place Orange Carnelian on your sacral chakra to recharge it and open your creative energy.


Leave the stones in place for 10-15 minutes so that you absorb the energy. If you .ire with a lover, breathe in unison and gaze into each other’s eyes
